The story is about an online encounter between two singles in New York which leads to a one night stand.
Megan is unlucky when it comes to love and so is single. Her roommate, Faiza is always busy with her boyfriend. One weekend when she had few glasses of red wine, she settles down on her couch and logs into a dating site and her only goal was to find out someone who won’t creep her out and so quickly she finds a profile and attracts her. This leads to a video chat and she immediately decides to head to his apartment. Unfortunately the next morning turned out very bad and she leaves that house thinking she’ll never meet him again but due to a massive snowstorm they’re stuck together yet again.
This film has got some vibe of a reality show and most of the action undergoes in his apartment in just 2 or 3 rooms. Both Teller and Tipton put their charming performances. It keeps on amusing you and engaged. The plot is quite simple but is pretty candid and contemporary take on young love with so many colorful details.
Verdict: Overall Two Night Stand is a good film.
