Nuvvala Nenila is a Telugu Romantic film directed by Trinadha Rao Nakkina and produced by Induri Rajasekhar Reddy starring Varun Sandesh, Poorna.

The story is about Krishna Mohan who is an NRI. He comes to India to take over a rival firm and during this time period he falls in love with Mahalakshmi. The concept of the story is when there’s a deeper connection with someone far away, the entire world finds a way to unite the two. Krishna Mohan and Mahalakshmi are poles apart from each other in almost every aspect of life till they realize that they’ve been yearning for each other all their life.

In the beginning it’s told that they are made for each other but they need to wait for more than 25 years to unite. Both of them are poles apart. Krishna keeps on telling Mahalakshmi that she should be modern but she likes the way she is till she gets ditched by her boyfriend. This incident makes her learn few tricks about love from Krishna and while in this process, both of them realize that they are just perfect for each other.

Varun Sandesh who plays the role of Krishna Mohan is just ok. There’s nothing special about his character. The first half of the film isn’t that good while the second half manages to balance the story. By the time the actual story starts, it becomes quite predictable.

Neither the story nor the characterization is new and both aren’t interesting. It could have been better romantic entertainer. Chemistry between the two leads lacks. There’s nothing much to speak about Nuvvala nenila.

Verdict: Overall, it’s just an average film and can be predicted easily. If you just want to spend some time and relax this weekend, go and watch it without expecting much from it.
