Hawaa Hawaai, a Bollywood movie is produced, directed and written by Amole Gupte himself with his son, Partho Gupte as lead role, Saqeb Saleem and Pragya Yadav. It was released on 9th May, 2014 and is a commercial movie which tributes people who dare to dream big and chase them as well. It is heard that the director has composed and sang a song himself in Hawaa Hwaai and the remaining songs were done by Hitesh Sonik.

 

This movie touches many different issues related to our society and it revolves around a slum boy who comes to Mumbai slums from his village. He dreams of owning a pair of shiny rolling skates though he goes through many difficulties. The boy really works hard even to buy some food for his family. Then how can he even buy skates for himself? The entire story is about how this strong head boy turns his dream into reality.

 

Arjun serves tea to customers in a tea stall and after a long day, he earns just little money. The son of a poor cotton farmer after his father’s death is forced to work hard to support his family at the young age. He gets tempted by the roller skates seeing the privileged kids skating. Though the boy is pretty poor to buy his own skates, the strong head didn’t give up and made his own skates himself with the help of his friends and names it hawaai hawaai. Then enters a skating coach, and decides to make him a champ. The remaining story is on how Arjun build bond with Lucky and gets trained from him to make his dream turn into reality.

 

It is a heart touching moviethat makes you think deeply and tears come out unknowingly. Partho Gupte and all the kids have done very well and for sure their performances are going to touch your heart. Saqib has done a fantastic job as a trainer.

 

Verdict: Hawaa Hawaai is one of the must watch movies with your family. Let your children watch it and get inspired. Let them dare to dream big and chase it. Not only kids, you too can find the kid in you and dream once again.
