Protagonist Gautam (Mahesh Babu) is a rock star whose parents Chandrasekhar (Anand) and mom (Anu Hassan) are assassinated by two hit men. Gautam who is raised as an orphan suffers a chronic psychological perturbance and is in serious quest of his true past and parents. He often hallucinates about killing those hit men which is closely followed by Sameera (Kriti Sanon), a television journalist. He is diagnosed with Integrative mental disorder and the world doesn’t believe that his past exists. But Sameera who is curious about Gautam, believes in it and in due course loves Gautam.
Even Gautam trusts her as well but often visualizes serial attacks over her which Sameera doesn't believe in! But eventually they discover the attacks to be true and realizes the attack to be a fix to trap Sameera. While defending Sameera, Gautam encounters one of three hitmen (Nassar, Kelly & Pradeep Rawat) he often hallucinates to have killed. So, how did he extract the truth out of that man and how did he know his parents’ identity forms the plot of the story.
