With these high temperatures, it’s quite common to dehydrate and so it’s very important to keep your body hydrated always. Consuming fluid often is much required this season.

Though it’s important to take lots water to keep your body hydrated, there are many other delicious alternatives as well. Let’s check few interesting deserts and body coolers.

 

Nutty Grapes:

Nutty grapes can be an interesting treat this summer if you have can spend some time for it. Stick toothpicks into each grape and keep them aside. Melt some caramel bits over low flame and dip each grape in the caramel sauce and then into a plate of crushed nuts. Your desert becomes sweet, juicy, and also crunchy due to the nuts.

The king of all fruits, mango rules the summer and why not enjoy mango smoothie this time? Crush few cardamom seeds and mix them with mango pulp and keep it aside. Take whisk cream in another container along with some yogurt, lime juice and honey. Now fill it with different layers of mango and cream mixture alternatively. Top the desert with mint leaves and serve chilled.

 

Non-alcoholic Sangria:

Why don’t you try a magic potion with favorite fruits? How about Sangria? Take tea bags of your choice and pour boiling water over them. Add cinnamon sticks and sugar for taste and flavor. Take this in a container and add orange, lime juice, pomegranate and any other flavor of your choice. Try adding diced fruits as well and then refrigerate for about an hour. It’s now ready to sip.

 

Watermelon Popsicle:

Blend watermelon with shredded mint leaves, sea salt, and little sugar. Take a container and pour the mixture into it. Now insert Popsicle sticks and refrigerate for one or two hours and you are done.

 

Berry Lemonade:

Try pairing berries with lime and make tour summer special with this lemonade. Start mixing strawberry puree, sugar and lemon juice. You can add cold water, crushed ice or even soda. Drink chilled and enjoy your summer treat.

 

Pineapple Sorbet:
Sometimes little sourness in desert tastes good. Next time you prepare a desert, think about pineapple sorbet. Take pineapple and mix it with sugar, lemon essence and water. Grind them all together and refrigerate it. Once, it’s ready, top it with mint leaves and enjoy the desert.

 

These six deserts can be tried easily at home by anyone at home and the best time to try them is this summer itself.
