Vegetable sweet corn soup is one of the famous Chinese dishes and is based on sweet corn as main ingredient and other vegetables.

 

Ingredients:

Fresh sweet corn kernels – 1 cup

Chopped cabbage – 1 tbsp

Finely chopped carrot – 1

Finely chopped onion – 1 tbsp

Finely chopped beans - 3

Sugar – ½ tsp

Green chili sauce – ½ tsp

Soy sauce – ½ tsp

Corn flour – 1 tbsp

Water – 4 cups

 

Preparation Method:

1. Take the fresh corn kernels in a pressure cooker and make it tender.

2. Take a deep pan and put those corn kernels in it.

3. Take half a cup of water an mix corn flour in it. Keep it aside.

4. A water, vegetables, sugar, salt, an some chili sauce to the pan an mix it well from time to time while boiling.

5. Now add the corn flour paste and mix it well. Once it becomes thick and clear enough, add the soya sauce, stir it well and turn off the stove.

6. Take some soup into a bowl and garnish it with some mint leaves, crushed carrot and serve hot.
