Cinnamon and Honey

 

 

Ingredients:

 

Honey – 2 tsp

Cinnamon powder – 1 tsp

Water – 2 cups

 

 

Method:

 

1. Take some water in a saucepan and add cinnamon powder and honey to it.

2. Put the pan n the stove and bring it boil.

3. Turn off the stove and keep it aside to cool.

4. Make the water into two equal parts pouring into two separate glasses.

5. Drink a glass of this mix an hour before breakfast and drink the other glass of water an hour before you sleep in the night.

 

Note: You can add raw honey to the boiled mixture of cinnamon powder and water. It’s advised by many health experts.

Like you follow your diet and exercise regime, if you regularly drink this twice a day, you’ll lose 2-3 kg of your weight within a week.
