Toned Arms

 

 

You’ve stopped wearing sleeveless since your arms became heavy. You too wish to have thin and toned arms and want to wear sleeveless. Don’t be upset. Here are few things you can do to get such arms.

 

 

First thing to keep in mind is the most effective way to get toned arms is by staying physically active. Now this doesn’t mean you need to join gym. There are uncountable activities like your house hold activities which keep your arms moving and active. Few include mopping, rolling, cleaning, etc. You need enough determination and focus to melt that bulky plump. So, first of all cut down unhealthy foods that contain high calories. Eat fresh foods and be healthy.

 

 

Go for skipping

 

Skipping is one of the best cardio workouts and is inexpensive too. It’ll melt down the fat and sweat you out. You’ll get slim and toned arms for sure. It affects and activates your arms’ muscles as you move them in circular motions continuously. Instead of counting the repetitions, count the seconds or check the time.

 

 

Keep stretching

 

You do all the stretching in the morning or in the evening when your fitness routine starts. Don’t wait for that time. Do it whenever possible in the entire day. Stretching tones the arms and get them back to proper shape. You can even do it slightly in your office.

 

 

Rotate wrist

 

To activate shoulders an lower arms, rotate the wrists which are the plumpest areas. Hold dumbbells of 1 or 2 pounds in your hands and stand up. The gap between your feet should be the same as your shoulder length. Extend your hands forward and keep them firm all the way. Rotate the wrist upwards and inwards as far as possible. This will also tone your arms.
 

 

Lift your body up

 

When you were a kid, you used to do pull ups in the park. Now also do the same. Hold a strong and sturdy rod and hold it firmly. Pull yourself up and stay in that position for some time. Now come down. Do this for 20 times and take a 2 min break. Repeat the set yet again. If you are doing it for first time then don’t fix to the number. Do as many as you can.
 

 

Triceps with one arm

 

Sit on the ground and put hands a foot behind the hips. The fingers should be pointing towards butt. Both legs and feet should be pressed together. Both knees should be bent and feet should be flat on the ground. Put your arms straight and raise the hips above the floor. Bend the left elbow with one arm and slowly lower the butt close to the floor but without touching it. Do this with your right elbow too.
