Strawberry Cream Cake

 

Ingredients:
 

 

1. Cake flour - 2 cups

 

2. Baking powder - 2 tsp

 

3. Granulated sugar - 1 cup

 

4. Whole milk - ½ cup

 

5. Egg yolks - 5

 

6. Egg whites - 6

 

7. Salt - ½ tsp

 

8. Oil - ½ cup

 

9. Cream - ½ tsp

 

10. Vanilla extract - ¼ tsp

 

11. Cleaned and dice strawberries - 4 cups

 

12. Lime juice - ½ tbsp

 

13. Cream - 1 cup

 

14. Sugar - ½ cup

 

15. Salt - to taste

 

16. Granulated sugar - ¼ cup
 

 

Method:

 

 

1. Preheat the oven to the temperature 250 degrees.

 

2. Mix sugar, egg yolks, oil, granulated sugar, baking powder, flour and salt in a bowl , baking powder and salt.

 

3. Add milk to it and whisk well. Take another bowl and whisk egg whites in it, slowly adding cream and some granulated sugar to it and a small amount of egg-whites. Add vanilla extract to it as well.

 

4. Pour it in a baking dish and bake for an hour. During this process, place a pan over medium heat and cook strawberries, lime juice, sugar, and salt.

 

5. Cook slowly for 40 minutes and then add in the cream and sugar. Pour this mixture over the cake and top with whipped cream. Let it cool down and enjoy.

 

 

2. Raspberry Tart
 

 

Raspberry Tart

 

 

Ingredients:

 

 

1. Milk – 1 cup

 

2. Vanilla Extract – ¼ tsp

 

3. Sugar -3 tbsp

 

4. Egg Yolks – 2

 

5. Flour – 1 ½ tbsp

 

6. Raspberry pulp – 2 tsp

 

7. Cream – ½ cup

 

8. Raspberries – 2 cups

 

9. Pie Crust -1

 

 

Method:
 

 

1. Put the milk over medium flame and add vanilla extract to it.

 

2. Take a bowl and whisk egg yolks. Add sugar and flour to it well along with vanilla extract.

 

3. Boil this and turn off the stove. Add raspberry pulp to it and keep it aside to let it cool down to room temperature.

 

4. Pour this in on the pie crust and top it with some whipped cream. Put raspberries on it and then serve.
