Ways to Drink More Water
Many of us drink very less water, don’t we? So, let’s think a way to drink more.
How about adding a small ginger piece, some mint leaves and lemongrass to the boiling water? Or just add a pinch o salt, lemon, and 2 to 3 slices of cucumber to the water. If you want you can add fruits to the water as well. You may like to add slices of fruits to the water or make ice cubes with fruit juices and then add these cubes to the water. These make water interesting and yummy to drink more.
