A study was conducted among thousands of people with an age group of 16 to 90 which says that smoking seems the most harmful. Smokers have 57% higher risk of early death compared to non-smokers while the remaining three factors result in 15% increased risk. So, now imagine if a person have all the four habits in a negative way. 2.5 fold higher risk is observed to our surprise in such cases.
