Fruit Yogurt

 

 

This is the festive season and it means eating a lot and so balancing diet by including healthy food to diet is very important. Health concious people try to stay away from traditional high calories and prefer tangible healthy foods. To make this season healthy, add canned fruits and juices like apple juice, peach coolada juice, apricot halves, mixed fruit juice, to stay refreshed, hydrated and rejuvenated.

 

Here is a simple fruit yogurt recipe fopr tose festive days. This also works for those fasting days. It tastes good and at the same time energizes the senses and body.

 

 

Recipe:

 

1. Whisk 400 g or 2 cups of hung curd or yogurt with 100 g of condensed milk.

 

2. Take canned chopped fruits like drained fruit cocktail, drained apricots, drained peach halves, cranberries, prunes, etc. and mix them in the yogurt.

 

3. Take it into small glasses or bowls.

 

4. Garnish with leftover fruits or nuts.

 

5. Refrigerate the yogurt for some time and then serve.
