some people are born lucky for their complexion, and clear skin. This doean’t mean that good skin is hereditary. Furthermore  we can’t underestimate the value of the genetics but it is not only the genes playing vital role in good skin texture. These are day to day skin care habits practiced by many people. It is a proved fact that by understanding our skin and taking care of it will produce a dramatical visual change at all ages.

Say no to smoking and yes to sunscreen.

Suppose if two people have similar DNA, will they have the same appearance for their skin? No, not at all because it depends on their smoking habits, outdoor spending time, etc. People spending hours and hours outdoors without wearing sunscreen look years older than their original age. It results in more fine lines, deeper plenty wrinkles and spots. Many researches say more exposure to sun rays result in rough and dull uneven skin. Mainly smoking is associated to premature wrinkles.  Best suggestions for skin care:

 

1.Always wear broad spectrum sunscreens to protect skin against both UVA and UVB rays with SPF more than 30, even on cloudy weather.

2.Apply sunscreen when you are outdoor every two to three hours.

3.Avoid smoke not only for your health but also for appearance.

4.Cleance your skin gently at least  once a day.

 

Unless you are oily skinned, cleansing the skin once a day is sufficient. Use a creamy cleanser followed by washing with luke warm water. Instead of scrubber, let it stay on your skin to break-up your makeup, dirt, and oil for a while. It may take few seconds, that’s it. Simply splash some lukewarm water onto your face. For oily skin a gentle foaming cleanser may be helpful to use twice in day.

 

Removing makeup and washing face before hitting the bed is most essential to maintain youthful glowing skin. Environmental pollution build up more toxins on our skin which may lead to the breakdown of our collagen and elasticity over time. Leaving makeup overnight on our skin will cause aging your complexion, and loss of restoration of skin cells also observed over a time.   

 

To have a good textured skin is not at all a matter, instead one can build up a good gorgeous, flawless skin with their habits of healthy eating.
