1. Mix 1tsp table salt in lukewarm water and gargle.

2. Mix 2tsp apple cider vinegar in a cup of lukewarm water and gargle.

3. Mix 1/2tsp of baking soda and salt in ½ cup of lukewarm water and gargle.
