Health Mistakes

 

 

We agree or not but we do have few unhealthy habits but it’s never too late. You can still start leading healthy life style. So, here are few common mistakes we do.

 

 
Apply sunscreen:

 

In countries where sun effects are much more like India, not using sunscreen is a big mistake. Exposure to harmful sunrays doesn’t show immediate effects but with time, you’ll slowly notice the effects in the form of wrinkles and fine lines.

 

Treat them now. Apply a good moisturizer which consists of antioxidants  such as vitamin A, C, and E. These reduce signs of aging and reduce damage. These vitamins are also essential to keep your skin hydrated and healthy.

 
 

Good posture:

 

Check the way you walk, stand, and sit. You shouldn’t slouch when you sit and don’t hunch while you stand. Make sure not to drag your feet while walking. Correct posture makes sure you don’t get backache and poor balance with age. Get into yoga to correct your posture.
 

 

Never exercised:

 

Don’t give excuses to not to exercise. If you’re not exercising since longer period of time, this is the time to reverse this bad habit. If you have a job that makes you to sit for hours in front of computer, then exercising is must for you. This is because sitting for hours increases the risk of heart disease and diabetes. Start working out with just 20 min a week and slowly increase the pace. An active person stays healthy always.

 

 

Binge drinking:

 

How many times did you go for binge drinking sprees? You must be thinking t’s ok since you don’t do it daily. Binge drinking is harmful equivalent to that of regular drinking since both have the same effect on your liver. So, it’s time to stop it right away.

 

These are few of the bad habits, most of us have. Finally, we have to reverse the process. If you have any other bad habit other than these, then make sure to change it too.
