Rajma Burger

 

 

Rajma burger best suits when you want a unique menu for a party. Rajma, panner cutlets, curd, etc. are quite uncommon in burgers and so this will surely impress your guests especially kids. You can use either cheese or mozzarella sticks.

 

 

Ingredients
 

 

1. Boiled and mashed Kidney Beans (Rajma) - 250 gm

 

2. Finely diced onion - ¼ cup

 

3. Minced cove garlic - 1

 

4.bread crumbs – 2 tbsp

 

5. Chopped fresh parsley – 2 tbsp

 

6. Ketchup – 1 tbsp

 

7. Chili Powder – ½ tsp

 

8. Curry Powder – ½ tsp

 

9. Ground Cumin Seed – ¼ tsp

 

10. Salt – ¼ tsp

 

11. Black Pepper Powder – ¼ tsp

 

12. Slice Cheese - 4

 

13. Burger buns - 4

 

14. Lettuce leaves, onion slices, cucumber slices, tomato slices, and butter – as per requirement

 

 

Method:
 

 

1. Take a large bowl and mix mashed kidney beans, garlic, onion, bread crumbs, ketchup, parsley, chili powder, cumin, curry powder, salt and pepper and let it chill for 15 min.

 

2. Form the burgers and fry it in some oil over medium flame.

 

3. Toast a burger bun and spread some butter over it and then followed by top with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, onion, patty and cheese.

 

4. Top it with another burger bun and enjoy the taste.
