Deal with The Dead:

 

Dead skin needs to be removed and cleansed. It needs scrubbing with a scrubbing cream with grains in it. Else just sit and scrub with a loofah. You can also use the left over tea leaves in your cup to mix in a creamy ingredients to smoothen your skin.

 

 

Wash Away the Daily Grime:

 

Before going to bed, it’s very much important to remove the makeup and wash away the daily grime. Even as soon as you wake up, makes sure to wash your face.

 

 

Use One Cream:

 

Take time and choose the right product. Be it is an anti-aging cream, body lotion, day cream, night cream, under eye cream, or a cold cream, once you get the right product, stick to it. Do not waste your money on those products which tempt you by claiming to do this and that.

 

 

Cheat the Sun:

 

Prevention is easier than cure. Curing sunburns is difficult than preventing them. So, use umbrellas, hats, cool shades, stole, etc. No sunscreen can protect you completely. So, do your best to protect yourself.

 

Apply sun screen every four hours and still use your glasses and scarves to protect yourself from the sun.

 

 

The Food:

 

2 – 3 litres of water per day is must. Not only water, you should also take a bowl of fresh fruits. For extra benefits, add honey and lemon to the water and drink it once a day. Prefer green tea or any herbal tea.

 

Eating junk foods will only harm your body. Healthy foods keep your body healthy and clean. Herbal teas, lemon water, detox waters, etc. cleanses your body from inside to outside.

 

 

Exercise:

 

Exercising is yet another method of cleansing. When you work out, you sweat a lot and this cleanses your skin pores from inside out. This also gives glow to your skin.

 

Cleaning is not just using the products you buy from the stores. It should be from within your body and by proper protection from the environment. Following simples disciplinary rules can keep you clean always.
