The name Grilled cheese pasta sandwich itself sounds yummy. This is a good option for breakfast or as an evening snack. Try this one by following the method to make this filling and tasty dish.

 

Cheese Sandwich

 

Ingredients:

 

Capsicum – 1

 

Pasta or Macaroni – 200g

 

Onion – 1

 

Tomato – 1

 

Black Pepper – 1tbsp

 

Salt – 1tbsp

 

Egg (optional) – 1

 

Mayonnaise – 3tbsp

 

Tartar Sauce – 2tbsp

 

Mustard Sauce – 1tbsp

 

Brown/White Bread – 4 slices

 

 

Method:

 

1. Boil pasta or macaroni till it becomes soft.

 

2. Cut capsicum, onion and tomato and boil them. If you want you can use them raw or fried instead.

 

3. Add black pepper and salt to it and mix well.

 

4. Take another pan and break the egg. Stir it for some time in it.

 

5. Take Mayonnaise, tartar sauce and mustard sauce in this pan containing egg and mix well.

 

6. Now mix the capsicum-onion-tomato mixture, Pasta, and egg all together.

 

7. Place a layer of this mixture in the bread and grill it.

 

8. You can use white or brown bread but focaccia bread is preferred.

 

9. If you like non-veg, try adding chicken pieces to it.
