Grape and Bacon Salad

 

Can you guess that Grape and Bacon Salad was born based on a misunderstanding? This misunderstanding created a yummy salad with perfect characteristics. It tastes sweet, tart, salty, tender, creamy, and crunchy. It’s a must try.

 

Ingredients:

Red Grapes – 2 pounds

Green Grapes – 2 pounds

Softened Cream Cheese – 1 package or 8 ounces

Mayonnaise – ½ cup

Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp

Powdered sugar – ¼ cup

Vanilla – 1 tsp

Salt – As per taste

Cooked crisp and crumbled bacon – 6 slices      

 

Preparation:

1. Wash your grapes well and dry them in a paper towel carefully.

2. Take a large bowl and beat creamy cheese and mayonnaise together till they are light and fluffy.

3. Beat some lemon juice, vanilla, powdered sugar and a pinch of salt in it.

4. Now add the grapes to it and stir gently.

5. Add some bacon, cover it and chill for 1 or 2 hours to let the flavors blend properly and then serve.
