Glazed Salmon Fillet

 

Salmon is always a good choice since many enjoy eating it and these are healthy too. Just honey and cocktail sauce can give a good finishing touch. Salmon can be broiled or grilled and spicy four ingredient sauce with salmon can be ready in just 10min.

 

Ingredients:

 

Packed brown sugar – 1 ½ cup

Melted butter – 6 tbsp

Lemon juice – 3-6 tbsp

Dill Weed – 2 ¼ tsp

Cayenne pepper – ¾ tsp

Salmon – 1

Lemon pepper seasoning


Directions:

 

1. Take a small bowl and add brown sugar, butter, lemon juice, dill weed, and cayenne pepper to it.

2. Remove ½ cup of it to a saucepan and simmer it.  Now keep the remaining mixture aside for basting.

3. Sprinkle lemon and pepper on salmon. Now take a paper towel and moisten it in cooking oil and use long handled tongs to rub on grill rack to coat it lightly.

4. Place the salmon on the grill with skin downwards.

5. Cover and grill it over medium heat for around 5 minutes. Now brush using the remaining brown sugar mixture.

6. Grill for 10-15 minutes, basting occasionally.

7. Serve with some sauce.
