Ginger for Your Health

 

Ginger is very healthy and everyone knows it well. Ginger oil is quite good in curing nasal congestion and chest congestion. Peel and grate a small piece of ginger and boil 2 cups of water with ginger in it. Steep for 10 minutes and then strain. Add a pinch of cayenne pepper to it and drink it.
