If you are planning to lose weight then you should avoid few foods which can prevent you from losing food. So, here is a small list which should be avoided completed in this process.

 

White Bread, Sugary Cereal, Whole milk/Cream, Vegetable oil, Sugar containing fruit juice, Potatoes, Soda (and other fizzy drinks), Fast food, Processed meat, Processed meals etc.

Instead go for alternatives such as olive oil instead of vegetable oil, skimmed milk etc.
