Eggless chocolate mousse can be made in just 20 min but refrigeration may take around 4 hours. Usually raw eggs are used in chocolate mousses but this eggless mousse which even doesn’t use gelatin is perfect for vegetarians.

Chocolate Mousse

Usually mousse is made with dark chocolate but if you want, you can use milk chocolate as well. In fact, they use rum in mousse which we are skipping here. You can use any fruit juice such as apple juice instead. The best part of this recipe is it doesn’t require baking at all.

Ingredients:

Dark chocolate – 200g

Cream – 75g

Whipped cream – 150g

Method:

1. Take chocolate and cream and melt them together in a ceramic bowl and keep aside.

2. Whip the cream till peaks are seen and fold in chocolate mixture.

3. Take ceramic cups and set this mixture in tem. Refrigerate it for few hours and it’s ready to taste.
