While exercising, blood flow rate increases carrying more oxygen to your skin and sweating helps in flushing out the toxins which blocks your skin pores resulting in acne. Not only that but exercising also fights against stress which results in beautiful skin.

 

3. Exfoliation at least once a week is a must to remove the dead cells of your skin. Exfoliate both your facial skin and body skin. Get a good body exfoliator for your body skin.

 
4. Processed foods, junk foods, and street foods should be totally avoided since they do nothing good to your body and skin.

 

5. Moisturizing is a must for healthy skin since they restore skin’s complexion and maintain its elasticity.

 
6. Sunscreen should always be used regularly irrespective of the climate. Sun rays can damage skin a lot leading to fine lines, wrinkles, skin damage and pigmentation and so even though the weather is cloudy or even though you are indoors, apply the sunscreen.
