Quiche can be a very good choice due to its simple recipe and delicious taste. You can add sausage, shrimp or veggies to it as well. This one takes just 5 ingredients and 5 minutes to make. You can also add drained frozen spinach or cooked sausages or onion or veggies to it.

 

Cheese Quiche

 

Ingredients:

Refrigerated Pie Crust – 1

Shredded Cheddar Cheese – 3 cups

Eggs – 4

Milk – 1 cup

Heavy Cream – ½ cup

Flour – 3 tbsp

Dried Chives – 1-2 tsp

Salt – ¼ tsp

Pepper – 1/8 tsp

 

Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 575 degrees F. Leave the refrigerated crust at room temperature for 15 minutes and then unroll it.

2. Place it in a 9” pie pan and press into bottom and up sides. Flute edges.

3. To the bottom of the pie crust, sprinkle some cheese and keep aside.

4. Take a bowl and mix all the remaining ingredients in it.

5. Beat it with a wire whisk till it is smooth and incorporated. Now pour this over cheeses in crust.

6. Bake this for 40 to 50 minutes until quiche is puffed and turns golden in color and set.

7. Leave it for 5 minutes and then cut into wedges to serve.
