Wrap

Method:

1.       This may take few days of time to choose good products and collect all the items. So, spend some time and don’t plan body wrap in the last minute.

2.       Get large bandage rolls. The wider the better so that you can cover most of the skin at a time. You may need 10 – 20 rolls if you are going wrap your entire body. Choose based on your body.

3.       Collect large safety pins to secure the wraps at place.

4.       Purchase body wrap solutions or make your own. There are many simple recipes to make. Choose the based on your requirement. If you want to slim down or you are doing this for your skin health.

5.       Get a PVC work out suit. These are rubber like jogging suit that will fit almost everyone and they have pull strings too. If you have a loose outfit, then avoid this step.

6.       Make sure to turn on the room heater. While applying wraps you’ll become chilly.

7.       Gather all your tools and make sure to get something to spend your time while you wait. For example, you can read a magazine.

8.       Mix your solution using hot water or on stove top. Pour the entire solution in a bucket enough to soak the bandage.

9.       To avoid burning your skin, you can add cold water and drop the bandage in the bucket to let it soak.

10.   For example you are wrapping your hand, take out the bandage from the solution and start wrapping from top to bottom.

11.   Wrap tightly but not too tight to hamper your blood circulation. Check if your hand started turning blue. If so, you’ve wrapped it tightly. Immediately unwrap and repeat it but little loose.

12.   Secure the bandage with safety pins and make sure not to leave your skin exposed anywhere.

13.   Now that you are done with wrapping, wear the loose suit you’ve chosen.

14.   Be comfortable. Relax and spend your time by reading a book or listening to music. But if you decide to walk, be careful. The solution may drip down your feet and you may slip. Walk carefully. But this caution should be taken when you are doing full body wrap from top to bottom.

15.   Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated all the time.

16.   You need to wait at least 20 minutes and then unwrap yourself or your hand from top to bottom.

17.   Towel off the solution or rinse with cold water. If you are using a mud based wrap, it’ll take more scrubbing.

18.   Continue drinking water and let all the toxins come out of your body.
