Badam kulfi is one the delicious and favorite dishes especially in summer. Kulfi can easily make you go weak on your knees. It’s a must try this season at home. So, check out the ingredients and procedure and get ready to put your hands on it.

 

Ingredients:


Milk – 220ml

Condensed milk – 100g

Saffron strands – few

Sugar – 30g

Corn flour – 10g

Finely chopped Almonds – 2tbsp

 

Method:

1. Take a small bowl and mix the corn flour with milk and keep it aside.

2. Combine the remaining milk in a deep pan with condensed milk and boil it.

3. Once you think it’s boiled, let it simmer and add few saffron strands to it and some sugar.

4. Add corn flour and milk mixture to the pan and cook for five minutes.

5. Remove it and add chopped almonds to it. Let it cool and pour it into kulfi bowls and freeze overnight.

6. The next day, enjoy your frozen badam kulfi.
