They contain minerals such as iron, zinc, copper etc. There are refined grain products available in the market but it is recommended to take products like whole wheat flour, whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta instead f refined white rice, white bread, pasta etc.

This is one of those common vegetarian foods and the most important food in a vegetarian's diet. Vegetables and fruits are full of vitamins, minerals, fibers etc. Every veggie should make sure to eat them regularly to stay healthy and happy.
